As part of our Pollutant Minimization Program Plan (PMPP) to reduce sources of mercury discharge at our Wastewater Treatment Plant, City Utilities is submitting a Streamlined Mercury Variance Permit Renewal Application to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) this month.

Comments must include the name and address of the person submitting the comments, and the issues proposed for consideration. The comments will be submitted to IDEM.
