The Clean Drains: Be River SmART program was designed to help educate the community on the importance of river cleanliness. There’s a place for everyone to become a Drain Stormer with Clean Drains Fort Wayne – from families, neighborhoods, schools, churches, organizations and businesses.

Why It Matters
Our Clean Drains initiative protects our rivers by stopping pollution from entering our storm drains and reaching our rivers. Cleaner rivers means clean drinking water and protection for the aquatic and wildlife living in or by our rivers. Clean drains also stops storm drains from clogging up, preventing flooding during storms.
