City Utilities is committed to building a stronger, more reliable utility system that meets the needs of our community — today and for future generations. Every year, we respond to more than 400 water main breaks and handle over 900 calls from customers about drainage issues and flooding. These disruptions impact families, neighborhoods, businesses, and schools across our city.

Our new five-year infrastructure improvement plan will address challenges throughout the community with major investments in water, sewer, and stormwater systems throughout the community.

For the last two years City Utilities team members have spoken to neighborhood groups and other associations about the needs and we are now moving forward to fund and complete the plan.
