Project Overview

City Utilities will be creating a two-acre wetland that will include tree, corridor shrub and native wetland seed mixes as part of a multi-phase project in the Lincolndale Drain corridor in the Spy Run Creek, St. Mary’s River watershed.

Lincolndale Drain begins in a residential neighborhood and flows through a forested area, under railroad tracks and through the Lincolndale neighborhood and the interstate industrial complex. This project is located between commercial buildings on State Road 930 and industrial buildings within the industrial complex.
