2026 Water Quality Report on Its Way
Fort Wayne, Ind. — City Utilities’ annual Drinking Water Quality Report, covering water quality data from 2025, is available online and is being distributed to customers by U.S. mail or email, depending on how they receive their bill.
The report, sometimes also called the Consumer Confidence Report, is prepared and distributed as required by state and federal regulators. Customers may view the report at Waterreport2026.cityoffortwayne.org. Anyone who would like additional copies or needs assistance accessing the report may call 427-1234.
City Utilities’ chemists conduct extensive testing on water for more than 120 substances at every stage of the treatment process. The annual report includes results for substances regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM).
This thorough testing, along with continuous adjustments by employees at the Three Rivers Filtration Plant, supports the delivery of safe, great-tasting water to customers.
