Notice of Early Call Center Closure – Severe Weather
Due to the forecasted severe weather, our Customer Support Call Center and walk-up window will close one hour early today at 4:30 PM for the safety of our staff and community.
If you experience a water emergency after 4:30 PM, please contact our Dispatch Team at 260‑427‑2476.
Water emergencies include:
• Water Main Breaks: Large volumes of clean water flowing from the street, pavement, or ground, especially if causing erosion, structural damage, or traffic hazards. • Contamination or Discoloration: Sudden, unusual odor, taste, or major discoloration of your water. • Neighborhood Flooding or Standing Water: Street or yard flooding that threatens homes or could cause property damage. • Sewage Backups: Wastewater or sewage pooling outside or backing up into your home. • Open or Damaged Hydrants: Hydrants that are knocked over, gushing water, or open without authorization.
